Running your server 24/7 is not possible because we are a 100% free service. We only have limited resources, and we want to make sure that these resources are used by active players.

There is no player limitation. But please keep in mind, that the more users play on your server the more resources your server needs. In combination with the plugins and the worlds your server will crash sooner or later.
Does Aternos delete your account?
After seven days your account will be permanently deleted. Please be aware that this will delete your entire account and all server files forever. There is no way to recover your account or your server files after that, not even by contacting us.
